Las Vegas Golf Simulator Installation & Design

Custom golf simulator rooms for Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin homes, designed in 3D and installed by one team.

Golf Simulator Installation Las Vegas

Golf Simulator Installation in Las Vegas

Golf simulator installation in Las Vegas with Indoor Golf Design (IGD) starts with a free design consultation, then a 3D design of your room for approval, then a custom build and installation by our own team. Most on-site installations are completed in 4 to 5 days, and IGD custom golf simulators range from $50,000 to $100,000+ for luxury.

Las Vegas summers are long and hot, and for a big part of the year a round of golf means a dawn tee time or nothing. A custom indoor golf simulator gives you golf at any hour, in an air-conditioned room in your own home.

We believe a golf simulator should be unique and a custom fit for your space and needs. A Summerlin great room, a Henderson lower level and a converted garage each need a different plan, so every Las Vegas golf simulator we build is designed around the room, the golfer and the way the room will be used.

Our team has over 20 years’ experience in custom design and installation and has completed hundreds of installations across the globe. Our showroom is in Chandler, Arizona.

Service Areas

Service Areas: Henderson, Summerlin and The Lakes

We serve the whole Las Vegas valley. Each area tends to bring its own kind of room, and the design starts from there.

Henderson

Hillside homes with walk-out lower levels, where a full-height room can be set into the slope, alongside newer master-planned neighborhoods.

Summerlin

Master-planned communities with newer construction, where higher ceilings often make an overhead launch monitor straightforward.

The Lakes

Established custom homes on the west side, where a large great room or bonus room can become a golf room that still works as a living space.

North Las Vegas and the Valley

Newer homes with larger garages, where a conditioned garage conversion can hold a full simulator bay.

Wherever you are in the valley, we start with your measurements and photos, then plan the room with you before anyone comes to site.

Nevada Luxury Homes

Golf Rooms for Nevada Luxury Homes

In a luxury home, a golf simulator has to look like it belongs. We design the room as part of the house: custom millwork and cabinetry, integrated lighting, acoustic treatment and finishes that follow the rest of the home.

Built for Entertaining

Las Vegas is a city that entertains, and most golf rooms here are as much about guests as practice. We plan the bar, the seating and the sightlines with the same care as the swing, so spectators sit outside the swing path with a clear view of the screen.

More Than Golf

Our custom screens project a high-resolution image, so the same room can double as a home theater, and multi-sport games can be added to the software library. See our luxury golf simulators for rooms built to hang out in.

Climate

Las Vegas Climate: Why Indoor Golf Makes Sense

Desert heat takes a large share of the golf season away. An indoor room gives it back.

Summer Heat

Las Vegas summers regularly run well above 100 degrees, which pushes outdoor golf to early mornings. An indoor simulator has no tee time and no heat.

Garage Rooms

A garage conversion in the desert needs insulation and cooling designed in from the start, so the room is comfortable to play in during July.

Year-Round Practice

With a simulator at home, practice does not stop for the summer, and the swing you build indoors goes with you when the weather turns.

Planning

Planning a Golf Simulator Room in a Las Vegas Home

Length, width and ceiling height each rule something in or out. These are the distances our own guides use; the right numbers depend on who is swinging and which launch monitor you choose.

MeasurementWhat our guides useWhat it rules in or out
Length (depth)At least 7 feet from the hitting area to the wall behind you. The ball at least 8 feet from the screen, with 10 to 12 feet preferred.Whether a full driver swing is comfortable and whether there is room for seating behind the golfer.
WidthAt least 14 feet if the tee sits in the center of the room.Whether left- and right-handed golfers share one hitting position.
Ceiling heightAt least 9 feet for golfers under 6 feet tall, 10 feet for golfers 6 to 6.5 feet, and about 11 feet for taller players.Whether a full swing clears the ceiling, and whether a ceiling-mounted launch monitor is an option.

If a room falls short on one measurement, that is a design problem rather than a dead end. We’ve completed installations in spaces of all sizes with creative solutions and the right launch monitor.

Most on-site installations are completed in 4 to 5 days, while full custom builds are typically planned over several weeks from design to play. Commercial projects vary with the number of bays and custom features.
Our guides use at least 7 feet behind the golfer, the ball at least 8 feet from the screen, about 14 feet of width for a center tee and at least 9 feet of ceiling. If you can swing a club in it, we can probably put a simulator in it.

their Indoor Golf Design experience.
  • “A long overdue review. Indoor Golf Design is a great company to work with and if you are looking to install a golf simulator look no further. Everyone in the company is awesome to work with and very accommodating including the owner, Brad, Christine (who I and my contractor interacted with regularly), and the installers who came from to Arizona to northern Virginia to assist with setting up the system. We went through 1.5 years of construction and they were incredibly flexible and worked with us every step of the way including providing us detailed specs and input on both layout and design of the room. One year later - I have been very happy with the design and system that Brad recommended and everything has worked flawlessly. Look forward to using the golf simulator for many years to come!”
