Who We Are
At Indoor Golf Design, we design and install professional-grade racing simulator rooms for serious drivers, collectors, and entertainment spaces. Our single-team approach covers structural design, custom screens, motion-rig integration, and final installation — every element a custom fit to your space.
Whether you're converting a garage, building a dealership showcase, or integrating a sim into an estate theater, we work with architects, builders, and designers to bring your racing vision to life.
Our Process
Tell us about your space, the cars and series you drive, and how you want the room to work. We listen first.
We create 3D renderings of your custom racing room — rig placement, screens, sightlines, all tailored to your space.
Our single team manufactures and assembles every component with precision.
Professional installation, calibration, and onboarding so you're ready to drive from day one.
What's Included
Client Stories
I wanted the rig to live in the same room as the cars without it looking like consumer gaming gear. IGD designed a clean, integrated room that fits the aesthetic of the rest of the garage. The motion rig and triple-screen wrap pulled me in immediately — laps feel real, not arcade. The whole thing is a showpiece.
Private Residence — Garage + Racing Room, Paradise Valley AZ
I run iRacing leagues and needed a pro-grade rig that could keep up with serious competitive driving. IGD spec'd direct-drive wheels, load-cell pedals, and a custom chassis tuned to my driving position. Eight months in, every component still feels new. They build for drivers, not for show.

Questions
$50,000 to $400,000+, with an average project around $80,000. Triple-screen vs. curved-screen builds and motion rigs drive most of the spread — we provide a detailed quote after our consultation.
Minimum recommended space is approximately 8' wide x 12' deep x 9' ceiling. Motion rigs require a reinforced flooring spec — we'll scope that in the design phase.
We partner with the racing sim industry's best: Heusinkveld, Fanatec, Simucube, Cube Controls, and MOZA Racing. The right pedal set, wheelbase, and motion platform depend on what cars and series you drive.
6–10 weeks typical: custom 3D design (1–2 weeks), manufacturing (3–4 weeks), on-site install (1–2 weeks). Larger commercial / dealership builds may scope longer. We'll give you a precise timeline after we scope your project.
Yes. Our showroom and core team are in Chandler, AZ, but out-of-town installs are routine — we've completed projects across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
20+ years building custom simulator rooms. PGA Professional on staff (yes, even for racing builds — single-team accountability). 100% custom design — no packages, no pre-sized boxes. One team handles design, manufacturing, and installation, so the build matches the renderings.
